If you are drawn to energy-based healing through simple curiosity or a strong internal push to practice yourself, an Instructional Practice Session is just right for you. During a 90 minute session you will receive a review of what the energetic system is all about and how you can work to effect it, bringing about positive change. You will also receive 30 minutes of energy healing and then be given the opporunity to perform a 30 minute session.
